shaders/sampling: tune default debanding parameters

Threshold 2.0 is too low and fails to actually improve banding in real-world sources, while sometimes making things worse. Something more like 3.0 works a lot better while still being fairly conservative.

In exchange, slightly drop the default grain strength.
