Default to pl_tone_map_spline and remove pl_tone_map_auto

HDR10+ metadata is buggy enough in practice (and often just auto-generated by stupid process), to make me prefer setting spline by default.

This also allows removing pl_tone_map_auto which is simply no longer needed.
