renderer: reprioritize default frame mixers

Niklas Haas requested to merge haasn/libplacebo:default_mixers into master

In pl_render_fast_params, we shouldn't enable frame mixing by default - stick to NN sampling. In the other two presets, we can progressively enable "higher quality" (read: more expensive) frame mixing.
