x86: Work around AVX/SSE transition issues and add detection code to checkasm

Henrik Gramner requested to merge gramner/dav1d:checkasm_vzeroupper into master

Also make checkasm print the cpu model and cpuid signature on x86 as this is helpful when testing things across different systems.
