We specify which byte stream format to use, and we recommend one AU per
PES when people care about error resilience.

It fixes stream_id / stream_type mixup, replaces stream_id 0xBD
(private_stream_1) by 0xFD (extended_stream_id), which is the one used
by Dirac and VC1. And it selects arbitrarily 0xD2 as stream_type

Sections AV1 descriptor, its semantics, and Carriage of AV1 follow the
same flow as HEVC's in TS specification.
