Update build system

Felix Paul Kühne requested to merge fkuehne/VLCMediaLibraryKit:update-bs into master

This removes support for i386, makes compilation for ARMv7 for iOS optional, makes bitcode optional for tvOS and updates the podspecs to support tvOS.
