Add API and admin interface to manage reports by email

Changes

• Added API support to search for reports by email address
• Created admin interface to search and display reports by email
• Implemented bulk deletion of all reports associated with a specific email
• Added email field visibility to individual report detail pages

Features

• Users can view which reports have associated emails
• Admins can search for all reports containing a specific email
• Admins can delete individual or all reports for a given email
