This fixes #630.

This also adds annotations for previous stable releases

Initialising the list with a NULL array is useless but legal.

This excludes libvlc's C interface from the module map fixing warnings
in swift projects that its headers were not part of the umbrella header,
which is the expected behavior.

The C interface can still be used by using its own designated umbrella
header with a #import <VLCKit/vlc/vlc.h> statement.

This fixes #561.

Over the last years, headers for picture and dialog were added as well as version.

This is needed for single arch compilations of the framework where we
don't know which flavor is build and which (always identical) version
header to use for distríbution.

those changes provide an alternate/better way to handle video filter's state with a new object

this new object is available as a single instance accessor in the media player class and it encapsulate :
- all filter parameters' value, default value and allowed values range
- an accessor to enable/disable the filter
- an accessor to apply parameters from another filter
- an accessor to reset the parameters if needed

former filter accessors are using this new object and are still functional, but they should be avoided and are now marked as deprecated

A scheduled timer on main run loop is used to regularly update the last watch time point interpolation while media player is playing.
The timer is scheduled each time play is called.
The timer is invalidated each time play/pause/stop is called or when the media player ref count reach 0.	.

This removes the previously cached ObjC objects for the time and moves
to a struct from libvlc that is updated by default at a maximum every
500 ms, often less. To save energy, the API user can configure an even
more rare time interval.

However, time and position will always return the current values at
subsecond precision based on interpolation against libvlc and the
system time.

The currently known VLCKit API and its behavior including notifications
and delegate calls remains unchanged.

Unititialization of the `vlc_http_resource` struct's `token` member caused bad access exceptions with the input on iOS and macOS.
It appeared mostly when http resource was deinit or when the creation of an authentication bearer header was wrongly attempted.

This was used many years ago to determine playability and is no longer needed.

Following the policy changes in tvOS 16, this is optional now.
