the access plugin is built separately at https://github.com/mfkl/libvlc-nuget

Following a breaking packaging change in upstream vlckit, this version works only with libvlcsharp > 3.6.0
Latest build is also provided, version bumped to 3.3.17.

This uses a workaround on the binary and info.plist to avoid a breaking change for libvlcsharp users following a breaking packaging change in vlckit

use one feedz source for both libvlc and libvlcsharp preview packages

Use one feed for all platforms libvlc preview builds
