Update vlc hash, build and modules

Build:

• update vlc hash and patches
• prepare emscripten bindings
• fix contribs
• make the build easier (already applied patches + don't overwrite config.sub of the host system)

Modules:

• initial commit for audio worklet support
• temporarily fix video resize issue
• add a button to be able to test files without having to recompile
