This makes enough room for all 3 description labels even when large font
sizes are defined for accessibility reasons.

The NEW and description labels can still slightly differently located
when the NEW indicator is displayed as the correct room for adaptive
text is respected.

Fixes #1245

This is done to further improve scrolling on slower devices.

Additionally, this moves the NEW indicator from the left to the right
so the duration label never changes position regardless of the state.

This speeds-up scrolling on slower devices.

This saves a stack view improving scrolling performance on slower
devices.

This replaces 2 stack views used to align the thumbnails for the group
appearance with the respective auto-layout guides to noticeably improve
the scrolling speed on slower devices.

This also replaces another stack view used to align the thumbnail for
the regular movie  appearance with the respective auto-layout guides
for additional speed improvements.

Finally, this merges 2 label into 1 by using a format string.

This re-adds the thumbnails cache known from pre 3.2 media library
display versions to improve the rendering speed by caching the artwork
in memory. This noticeably improves the scrolling speed on low power
devices such as iPhone 4S.

This partially reverts 601bacfd which limited the sanity check of file
availability to content stored on the top level in favor of not using an
API unavailable to iOS 7. As we require iOS 9 now, we can use it and
provide all media for download.

With this patch, if there is more than one item queued, playback will go
back to the previous item if less than 2s are played. Otherwise, the
current playback position is reset to 0.
This matches the behavior of other players on the market.

Fixes #866, superseds !513.
