This implements #422

It was not really exposed to the user since we could use the global
instance without any consequences, so there's no public API change.

Refactor event attachment into a static table, avoiding the error-prone
and menial task of writing the matching attach and detach calls at
different location in the code.

libvlc_MediaPlayerTitleChanged event has been removed in favor of
libvlc_MediaPlayerTitleListChanged which indicates the newly available
titles and libvlc_MediaPlayerTitleSelectionChanged which indicates that
a new title has been selected by the player.

This commit bumps the tested hash to the libvlc commit adding this new
API and update VLCKit event dispatching to expose the title changed
event, but not the title list changed event since it doesn't break.

This fixes packaging the macOS builds

Unify certain strings on lower case so they are interpreted the same.

And change the build script accordingly

This adds gitlab.ci integration based on the existing configuration from the 3.0 branch. This omits the automatic deployment of documentation based on doxygen until further notice.

For non-understood reasons, we always defined and promised that there would be a notification when an item is added to a media list, but we only triggered the delegate and never send the notification in contrast to deleting an item from the list.

The wrapper for the legacy library was removed in f9e38822 ignoring these remnants.
