This option is already set by the SMB browser so there is no need to set it again in the playback service.

There is no need to set it on all media browsers provided by libvlc. Set it on the SMB browser only.

This option was available to WhiteRaccoon only and is not respected by libvlc

There is no designated discovery for FTP servers, so scrap the related code.

In order to remain feature complete, this changes the right time label
to a button that changes between remaining time and media duration.

This allows downloads using demuxdump of any file using any protocol supported by libvlc. Note that this is reliable for files only, not for streams.
