WIP: Transcode/Screen Record

Hello mentors :)

This file is for explaining the process behind screen-recording, and providing examples of how to record screen and a) save the output b) stream it live in the local network

I would like to request for your feedback and I also have a couple of queries:

1. When I set the screen-fps parameter equal to 10 or 50, in both cases it seems to default to 25 (as in the log file).
2. Does VLC support recording audio?
