MKV Chapter seeking does not work properly

I hadn't checked yet with 1.0.0, but in 1.0.0 on winXP pro sp3, the next chapter and previous chapter buttons reference from the beginning of the file, not the current position within the file. When the chapter seeking has been used, the reference point is changed for that file, however it still has the same problem where it only references from that point, not the current point in the file.

The files that I first experienced this on were MKVs and I can upload samples if people can't replicate the problem.
