3.0 Windows installer installs .pdb files

When built with LLVM (arm64) the debug package installs the PDBs. They should only be found in the .7z package and the -debug.7z package.

~~I haven't checked the MSI installer but it's possible there is the same issue.~~ The MSI installer is fine.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
