Qt: Player view playlist does not respect its state on load

If the (player view) playlist is visible, it should be visible upon loading.

Currently, in most cases it does not load as visible, and sometimes it loads (If I remember correctly, starting with the video case) but also the animation is triggered.

I have not noticed these issues with the mini player or the main playlist.

Marked as regression because if I remember correctly this was attempted to be fixed before.
