4.0 regression: hotkey reports wrong time on (successful) seek

When seeking with hotkeys, the time printed in the top-right is sometimes either 0%+offset (instead of current position + offset). When repeating the process in quick succession, the time sometimes does not get updated.

The actual playback time for the audio and video does move accurately (it seems), so this would be purely an SPU display bug.
