4.0 regression: Lua run-time ignores track -1 (disable)

In VLC 3.0 and earlier, setting the track to -1 for a given category turns off the track in that category. This was most useful for disabling subtitles.

In 4.0, -1 is not listed as a track anymore, and consequently the Lua run-time ignores it.
