Songs unpleyable on windows 11 22581.200

When I play any song (mp3) I hear about second of song, 2 seconds of silence and again second of song... which is not listenable.

OS: Windows 11 (22581.200) Worked on 22000.xxx.

Speakers: 2.5 mm connector, external amplifier, configuratinon 2.1

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz

VLC: 3.0.16

Beta 4.0.0 from 3.4. (today) has the same problem preventing listening to music.
