UPNP doesn't work anymore since update from 3.16 to 3.17 (including 3.17.3)

Since update from 3.16 to 3.17 (including 3.17.3) the upnp device are not recognizd anymore. The error does also appear if you uninstall completely all versions and fresh-install 3.17 (including 3.17.3 up to date available)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
