VLC 3.0.16 playback problem. Audio is replaced by pulsing buzz and noise when playing back the example mov file. It happens with both in24 and sowt audio codecs. (VLC 3.0.4 and earlier work OK.)

Show problem: Play example mov recording on any machine. Tried all audio settings variations but problem persists. The movs are produced by Ingestore software and Bluefish Epoch cards

MacOS Mojave v 10.14.6 Mac Mini Late 2012 Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB Same with built in audio at 44.1KHz and DP audio at 48KHz

Same on iMac running Mojave. Same on many W10 machines.
