The "Pause playback when minimized" feature does not work in the KDE Plasma

I'm not sure whether to report this error to KDE or VLC.

I am using KDE neon 5.17 user version. The "Pause playback when minimized" feature does not work in the KDE neon default multimedia VLC media player.
