Motion Blur color Bug: Video Effects - Advanced

I have been using VLC on XP for years now to do video art. Recently I have switched to Windows 64bit and the Motion Blur slider has a bug under: Video Effects - Advanced

Now the frames become all green over time when using high settings. This is on all builds including Version 3.0.6 • Windows 64bit

Tested with Windows 7 64 bit and 10 64 bit using multiple GFX Cards GTX 580 GTX 1080 GTX 1080TI

Previously the frames would retain the original color. No they all go green even when using black and white footage.

I have tested this thoroughly on multiple machines to try and find a fix as I use this to make artwork and its critical to me.

Would love to know if this can be fixed.
