180° videos treated as 360°

Hi there,

I have been experimenting with VR videos. 360° degree videos seem to work fine in VLC 3.0.4 and 4.0.0 How ever 180° degree videos are treated as 360°. Is this a known issue in the Linux version of VLC? I tested a 180° video on a Windows version of VLC and it works as intended.
