compile vlc-3.x with --enable-neon fails for arm and Gnu/Linux (Gentoo) with: undefined references to VLMBroadcast and VLMDialog, and many more

When doing a new test compile with source tarball from today with the missing and now included neon_simple.h, it fails again but with a different type of error. The new breakage is about many undefinied references in vlm.moc.cpp to functions called VLMDialog or VLCBroadcast, and plenty of others.

have a look at the compressed build.log file which is attached.

Also going to attach a short textfile with the most important os libs and compilers used, the version of QT is 5.9.5
