M2TS has only audio - no video output (vlc-3.0.2, vlc-4.0.0)

The 2 episodes from Game of Thrones (Season 6, disc 4) have no video output if you play 0045.M2TS and 0074.M2TS (contained in BDMV/STREAM)

Also vlc reports incorrect the video resolution with 720x480- should be 1920x1080 Currently only Windows version of vlc tested.

No problems if you play the Blu Ray.
