[Regression] video displayed on half of the frames in D3D11 in YUY2

Seems like a pixel format detection problem. There is no issues with D3D9

Tested on two windows 10

Step to reproduce: open dshow:// webcam stream with direct3D11 video output (with or without hw acceleration)
