Cursor not hidden if fullscreen controller is disabled (OS X)

Since 0.8.6e or so, after disabling the fullscreen pop-up controller in the preferences and switching to fullscreen the cursor will be hidden normally. If the mouse is moved, revealing the cursor, however, it will not disappear again.
