DivX subtitle track not listed

File type affected: Standard definition DivX videos with subtitles made with DivX Author 1.5. Does not affect DVD folder playback or MKVs that I have tested.

Bug details: Subtitles stop displaying when jumping forward / backward in the video with SHIFT / ALT / CTRL + Left Arrow / Right Arrow or cicking in timeline bar.

To get the subtitle back, subtitle need to be toggled off, followed by another jump command, then toggling subtitle back on.

Another issue that seems specific to these DivXs when played with subtitles is that when a subtitle displays, there is a very noticeable judder in the video. It's not random or intermittent, it happens with every single line of subtitling.

VLC versions: First noticed in 2.2.1, rolled back to 2.2.0 but problem still present. 2.1.5 is the last version where subtitles worked correctly (judder issue may occur there but I'm not sure). Skipped 2.2.2 and 2.2.3. Problem still present in current version 2.2.4
