Support fonts attached in the .ass subtitle file

I note that vlc has issues with attached fonts in the ass file

in 2.1.5 vlc crash if their are fonts in ass file

and in 2.2.0 rc2 not crash but the attached fonts do not work

I will attach an ass file containing fonts as a sample

and picture of what should the subtitle be
