fspanel remains non-actived if fullscreen-mode is already on

see above. This is always reproducable in the bugfix-branch. I didn't try trunk yet.

For reproducing: play a movie, switch to fullscreen, let it end. add another item to the playlist. It'll open in fullscreen, but won't show any fspanel. It only comes up after switching to windowed-mode and back to fullscreen.
