FTP: name of files/folders with special chars not encoded correctly, thus unaccessible

Title says it all. I have some files with japanese characters stored on an FTP server, but I’m unable to access to them, because the app doesn’t encode the filepath correctly.

Note: the FTP server is correctly set up to use Unicode encoding.

Edit: turns out it’s nothing new, sorry for the duplicate.
