Volume fluctuation in VLC for iOS

Seems problem still not fixed, does any guys in charge here to look on this issue?: Issue with volume

Hi, this should have been fixed by #148 (closed), are you sure you're on the latest version ?

This is a long standing issue, moving to a feature milestone.

This issue should be fixed in VLC 4.0 with the new output clock. The audio won't be modified anymore to catch up with the clock.
