Delete media with Files need to kill and restart the app

When you try to delete medias from your medialibrary with Files, the deleting files are still there when you re-open VLC.

Of course the deleted medias are not playable.

You need to kill and restart the app to see the medialibrary up to date.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
