Bottom drawer improvement

Nitpick on the sorting bottom drawer: it’s weird that one can scroll inside the drawer, but not the drawer itself. In my opinion (and experience in other apps), one should be possible to rubberband the drawer upwards and scroll it out of the view downwards. Also: the present/dismiss is not interactive, blocking the user from doing things on screen. This is elevated by the long time it takes for the drawer to come to a resting state.
