Chromecast: the dialog for transcoding performance warning is not saved correctly

When the user presses the "don't warn me again option" it is not saved and the dialog will pop up again. This seems to be caused by an underlying issue in libvlc which apparently (@tguillem correct me if I'm wrong) is fixed in 4.0 Since the dialogs are handled with the VLCEmbeddedDialog within VLCKit, we can't easily provide a workaround like Android for just this dialog. The options are :

  1. handle all dialogs ourselves by setting the customDialog option.
  2. init libvlc with the sout-chromecast-show-perf-warning=0 option to not show performance warnings at all
  3. figure out what the underlying libvlc issue is, fix that, if it is not fixed and backport if possible.
  4. ignore the bug

option 3 is what we ideally want so let's figure out if that is possible
