Remove VLCDownloadViewController sharedinstance

in Appdelegate function downloadMovieFromURL we need to open the downloadViewController instead and use the instacne of the localNetworkviewController

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
