Google Drive streaming broken in v4

After the update to VLCKit v4, the http-token we set here: https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-ios/-/blob/master/Sources/Cloud/Services/Google%20Drive/VLCGoogleDriveController.m#L246 is no longer taken into account so playback fails with a 403.

Obviously, we only really need to fix in case Google ever re-approves the app.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
