Playlists always play in full and do not respect the "automatically play next item" option

This is an expected regression from a683b59e as #1585 requested exactly the current behavior. However, since then, we have many people complaining about that.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
