Add pcloud integration

Some of our users are asking for it. There is a swift based SDK under MIT available here: https://github.com/pCloud/pcloud-sdk-swift

I would like to attempt this. Can I get a "APP_KEY" for VLC for iOS so that i can make api requests and use the SDK? We need to register the app in their dashboard to get this.

I'm also very interested in this. I'm not very proficient in Swift, but will gladly review any MR's.

In case it helps, MRs in ObjC are also welcome

I talked with their support over email so that I could try demo testing this but as per them they have stopped providing app ids for the time being (due to some sort of misuse as per them).

It's possible to circumvent the missing integration using Files (iCloud) and the pCloud app, but it is tedious.

By setting up the pCloud app, it appears as a separate "cloud" in Files. Since VLC integrates with iCloud, we can import files from pCloud through this integration. The tedious part is, that this has to be done on one or more mp3s in a folder. Importing/syncing a folder is not possible.

didn't specially told the app i'd be using for , just that their dashboard website for app id registration wasn't working. so they told me they have disabled new registrations for the time being due to misuse .
