Setting values improperly displayed

Setting values don't reflect their true state or are conflicting in the app and in iOS settings. This appears to affect all recent versions and iOS devices.

For example, initially on installation, VLC reports that it is not storing debug logs on the device, while in settings this option appears to be enabled.
