VLC-iOS glitches randomly when playing FLAC files from NAS over SMB

I hear random glitches/audio-artifact in the sound output when playing FLAC files on VLC on my AppleTV. Every file has glitches/audio-artifacts at random time.

There is a particular song where it glitches at exactly the same time (at 19s), every time. I get the same thing when I play it on my VLC on my iPhone... HOWEVER... There are no glitches when that exact same FLAC file is played on VLC on any of my computers. There are no glitches when that exact same FLAC file is playing on MediaMonkey on any of my computers.
