First steps page deprecated as result of iTunes evolution.

Apple removed recently from iTunes the support to manage iOS Apps (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208075)

As result of that, the instructions on first page in the "First steps" on boarding tutorial are not longer valid:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
