New player: Video filter dialog weird state

When you open the player, then open Video options > Video filters (or any other sub-dialog), you can make this dialog swipe up and let the main option show under.

To do so, just start swiping left or right and stop before closing the sub-dialog.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
