Expose outline subtitles option

Some users need the outline option for subtitles exposed in the Settings dialog.

Why?

Because the default, very slim outline, is beautiful for Western and CJK text, but kind of sucks for Arabic and some more exotic Asian languages.

To my surprise, this is not supported by the quartz text renderer, so we need to postpone this until libvlc 2.2 is out.
