[3.2.0-beta3] The onscreen time display should have the same font size on Android TV when scrubbing or jumping forward 10 seconds.

Minor UI issue. When scrubbing using the orange progress bar on Android TV, the time display is quite big and readable. This is fine as it is, because it should be bigger than the time display on the player UI so users can see it clearly in the center of the screen.

However, when I tap (press right or left on the directional pad) forward to make a 10 second jump, the time display in the center of the screen is too small; the same size as that of the player UI times. It should instead be much bigger to match the font size of the onscreen time display when scrubbing using the orange progress bar. The arrows that appear when jumping forward 10 seconds should be much bigger as well, to go along with the bigger time display.

This would make the Android TV player UI more consistent and easy to read on a large TV. Thanks!
