[3.3.0-dev] language system default on orientation change with opened settings menu

Description

Switching the language to different than the system default one AND open the setting menu, changing the orientation view or using the app's "split mode", this fall back the language to system default. After that the app is stuck in a party translated interface and only a complete restart can change it back. Seems that this settings menu object is very sensitive on changing the resolution by the system.

On section "Directories":

1. all subtitles below the folder icons that indicate the content (files) of the folder are still in system default language.
2. "Internal memory" (maybe other root elements like SD-card) are still in system default language.

Steps to reproduce

1. change language different than system default
2. open setting menu from the left side
3. change device orientation view or switch to app's "split mode"
