(feature request) auto pause audio when anything else would speak over VLC Android playback (especially Android Auto)

Description

When Android Auto speaks while VLC on Android is playing audio, or maybe it's when Google Maps in Navigation mode when connected to Android Auto speaks, I don't know, it seems that VLC continues playing but with its audio mostly or completely ducked (audio lowered so much that it's inaudible). So, for however long Android Auto/ Google Maps Navigation speaks, we lose those seconds of VLC audio playback.

The requested feature is, if it's practical, to automatically pause VLC Android audio playback for the duration of whatever else Android Auto / Google Maps / etc is speaking, then one or two full seconds later to automatically resume playback. If it is not practical for VLC on Android to calculate, or to be made explicitly aware of, how long the other sound will override VLC's audio playback, then VLC should pause when the other audio would override it, and stay pause. The user would manually resume whenever s/he is ready.

Optionally, even if fully automatic auto-resume is feasible, give the user a configurable option to pause-and-stay-paused when other audio would override VLC. The use case for this is Google Maps Navigation directions which tend to come in the form of "In 300 meters take the A9 exit towards Nantes and then keep left" followed five seconds later by "Take the A9 exit towards Nantes and then keep left" followed eight seconds later by "Keep left". In such cases, automatically resuming playback for just five seconds and then for just another eight seconds would be annoying to some users, and resuming manually might be preferable on a per-user configurable basis.

Expected behavior

As above. Automatically pause VLC on Android audio output any time anything would overspeak it. Optionally automatically resume again one or two full seconds after the overspeaking ends, if it's possible for VLC on Android to know how long to wait, or, otherwise, just stay paused. Optionally, even if automatic resume timing calculation is practical, allow the user to set VLC to stay paused anyway.
