Streams are not added as streams in the Ml under certain conditions

Description

When playing an rstp stream from the app or any stream from outside the app, this media will be created as an external media and won't be displayed in the stream history.

Expected behavior

The media is in the stream history

Actual behavior

It's on the global history

Steps to reproduce

1. tap "New stream"
2. open an rtsp stream
3. close the player, the stream is not here
4. Open the normal history, it's here

Repro 2:

1. Open an http stream in a browser
2. Share it to VLC
3. observe the same result as for an rtps stream
